2.2. By submitting content, you grant Glow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and process the content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

2.3. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dent Labs, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by us.

4.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Glow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

4.2. Glow does not provide medical advice. The skin analysis and recommendations provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4.3. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

(a) your use or inability to use the Service;

(b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

(c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;

(d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

7. Termination

7.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
